Dylan was a confident and communicative electrician!! He updated our outlets and installed a wonderful new surge protector for tall our large appliances, computers/electric panel, etc. He explained everything in great detail and helped me understand our wiring a bit better. Additionally, he was honest about upgrades and what would be helpful in future projects for our home. I trust Luminous for all my electrical needs - they have never failed our family in the 10 years they have serviced us. Justin came out for a problem in the main panel. He quickly resolved the problem. Justin explained his concern about the aluminum ground wire serving my main and auxiliary panels and that they should be replaced with copper, I agreed. The price quoted for this job was reasonable considering there would be excavation and accessing under mobile home. Justin returned with Jack to resolve the issue. “Don’t let their youthfulness fool you”They are exceptional at their trade. The job was completed in one day and they left no mess.

Justin was absolutely fantastic! Let me start this review off by saying that finding a good and reliable electrician has been a process but I will be a luminous customer now for as long as the company exists. About 2 years ago I bought an electric car. I thought it would be simple to add a plug to charge and quickly learned my panel was at capacity. Fast forward a few months and hurricane milton left me without power for 9 days. As the generator cords stretched across my house my electrical needs became 3: upgrade the panel, connect the generator and get a plug for my car. I got my first quote and it was way beyond what I could afford so I waited. About 2 months ago I started getting quotes. I got 5 all together. I really care about supporting small local businesses and I almost didnt call luminous because it seemed like a big chain (boy was I wrong). When Justin showed up at my house he was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He answered every single question I had, asked if I wanted him to follow up and didnt pressure me. He did check back in, answered more questions and seemed very truthful and honest. I signed the contract and less than 2 weeks later he showed up witu Jack at my house to do the work right on time. They worked from the minute they got here until the minute they left. They worked way after dark and even when they couldve rushed (it was a friday night) they took their time to do it and make sure it was done right.i am extremely confident that the job was done well and that I made the right choice. I have not a single complaint from the entire process start to finish. Justin clearly enjoys his job and it shows in the quality of his work and in his upbeat attitude. I know I will have other electric needs moving forward and I will absolutely be calling him back and referring anyone I know his way too!!!!

Justin was our service technician. Showed up early for appointment. Listen to our needs. Went right to work and quickly resolved our problems. Justin was very professional in every way.I would definitely reuse this company again.

Justin and Jack came out and ran Ethernet cable through out our home particularly for security cameras. They did great work and Justin’s commitment to make sure everything was working properly before he left was/is greatly appreciated!!! If we have any more electrical work to do we will certainly request Justin and Jack to do the work. Thank you!

We had a new water filtration system installed recently which required an outdoor covered outlet that ran directly into our (indoor) breaker box. Our electrician, Justin Thomas, was great! He thought he’d have the help of a second electrician, but that person wasn’t available. Justin handled the outlet installation without assistance, and in a very timely manner, too. Highly recommend Luminous Electric, particularly Justin.

Justin was super…the best!

We recently had our kitchen lights go out and needed new ballasts and fixtures. Luminous was recommended by a friend and very glad he did. They provide excellent workmanship. Justin showed up early and got right to work. He listened to our issues and suggested several options. He was very polite and thorough. We went with his suggestion and are very pleased with the upgrade as our fixtures were 40+ years old. The price was reasonable and once agreed on, he completed the work within a few hours. We peppered him with lots of questions and he answered every one of them. I would recommend Luminous and Justin for any electrical work you need.

Justin came right on time early in the Saturday morning accommodating my needs. Very much appreciated especially over the weekend! He got to work right away completing the install methodically with precision. Quality workmanship is very hard to find and he is a Gem. I’d give 6 stars but google only allows 5 max you get the picture.

The techs were awesome Dwight & Eric are very professional and well spoken they also did a great clean-up.when finished. I am so satisfied with their tight work. Highly recommend Luminous Electric for generator install. One more thing to note is that I would like to give manager Chris special recognition for going above and beyond service to make sure everything was correct and he made sure that my wife & I were completely happy and satisfied. That really means a lot.
