Estimates, appointments, and pricing
Requests submitted through the Site are requests only. An appointment is not confirmed until we contact you to schedule it, and any pricing, promotion, or estimate shown on the Site is subject to change, to inspection of the equipment or job site, and to the written agreement provided at the time of service.

Governing law

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of the Company to enforce any part of these Terms of Use shall not be deemed a waiver and shall not prevent later enforcement.
